Also known as chromotherapy, color therapy is based on the idea that color and colored lights can help treat physical or mental health. As we all know colours play important role in selection of clothes on daily basis. Some day Red colour boosts our energy level and the other day we just ignore the colour. And it happens with all of us and everyday. For me, White is one colour which i can wear almost everyday and on every occassion and dark colours makes me feel dull and low in confidence. But for some white is not a happycolour and signals sadness and bad omen. With every colour some notions and opinions and beliefs and faith are associated which shapes our daily lives and moods.Which is colour?
