• Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code into the designated field.
• Locate and select the specific order for which you wish to submit a return request.
• If your order consists of multiple items, carefully choose the item(s) that you want to return.
• From the provided drop-down menu, select an appropriate return reason that aligns with your situation. Additionally, you may include a note to provide any specific details or instructions for the return process.
• Once you have selected the return reason and added any necessary notes, click on the "Request return" button to submit your return request.
